As noted previously, State Rep. Ernie Leidiger’s business career has hit a few bumps in the road.
Well, there’s now another one. Jelco Parts, Inc. — the entity to which many of Leidiger’s businesses rolled up to, has been administratively dissolved by the State of Minnesota. Administrative dissolution occurs when the company fails to file its annual renewal with the State (it’s free to renew). In Jelco’s case, renewal was due on January 1, 2012 and the company was dissolved in August, eight months later. For a $45 fee, Jelco can be restored to good standing before the end of the year.

And the Ernie Leidiger slander page takes note. How does it smell having your nose buried so deep in Ernie’s backside? Can you tell what he had for lunch yesterday? That’s what I want to know!
How is this slander? What is untrue about it?
